The Birth Of A Flower
The birth of a flower
Pollen to seed
The miracle of life
Beautiful, indeed
As the first plant dies
Its seeds are set free
Scattering to the wind
Over land and sea
Some seeds will land
Where they've no hope to grow
Their life drained away
By unyielding cold
Others will land
Where they'll grow for a while
But the soil is shallow
They won't survive the trial
A few will land
In rich, nurturing soil
These seeds will grow
With no need to toil
Wherever you land
Be it soil or sod
Remember the gardener
Always is God
